Access Bars® is a 1-day in person workshop where you get the practical tools you need to reduce everyday stress, stop overthinking, and change your life with ease using question, choice, possibility & contribution.​

Access Bars® is a very gentle, hands-on process that quiets the mind, slows down brain waves and relaxes you deeply.  

There are many amazing ways to relax like meditation, yoga or Pilates, Access Bars just relaxes you faster, neuroscientists say one hour of Access Bars is equivalent to 6 hours of sleep or meditation.

Access Bars®

Access Bars® can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer’s cluttered hard drive – only this time, you’re creating space in your brain. Things like negative thought patterns, or that endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released and make space for the calm you’ve been seeking.

 

  • By softly touching 32 points on the head, brain waves slow down

  • Silencing stressful thoughts, feelings & emotions going on in the brain

  • Sessions can be from 10 minutes to 90 minutes for deep relaxation

  • Sessions received in a gravity chair or laying on a massage table

  • Only head, hands and feet are touched

You'll get these by signing up today for the Access Bars® class:​

  1. Participation in the 1-day live course: you attend the 1-day Access Bars® course, places are limited, typically fill up quickly and it often takes several months before the course is advertised again. It's worth applying early.

  2. Audio recording of the whole class: you get an audio recording of the whole day, so you can listen to it whenever you want and as many times as you want. 

  3. Secret Telegram group: you'll get access to a secret Telegram group where you can chat to your fellow Access Bars® practitioners, ask for their advice or share your successes, so you'll have a supportive community around you after the course.

  4. Printed Access Bars® manual: you will receive a printed copy of the official handbook to help you better understand what you have learned after the course. 

  5. Official “Headchart” guide: you'll get a nice laminated card with a diagram showing the bars on the head, that you can take anywhere with you. 

  6.  International Access Bars® certificate: at the end of the 1-day course, you will become an official Access Bars® practitioner and will receive a certificate, so you can officially upgrade your services. 

  7. Eligibility to attend the Access Consciousness® Foundation Course: After completing the 1-day Access Bars® course, you will be eligible to participate in the 4-day Access Consciousness® Foundation Course, which will open up the next level in your life.
