The age of Aquarius is about trusting your knowing, it's about trusting your inner self to know what is right for you. When I was coming up with a heading for this blog I first wrote "Know what you know". Instantly I thought "no that isn't the message I want to deliver. This blog is about knowing THAT you know. Do you see the difference?
It's not about looking for others to validate what is right for you. Or looking outside of yourself, asking others "What do I do or what is the right course of action here? It's about asking yourself is this right for me, does this make sense to what I am aligned with, what I know to be true for me. It is about learning to ask yourself and trust that your inner knowing knows. Asking and then listening for the answer.
How do you do this? A simple way to do this is ask yourself this question and fill in the blanks. Truth is it in my highest good to _____________________________? What is the very first thought that comes to you? Yes or No. Don't disqualify what your first thought was, just accept that you know. That is your knowing. The more you practise this the stronger your knowing will get. The main thing is that you go with your first answer and just say thank you. As time goes on you will begin to trust your knowing.
We seem have learnt to discount our knowing. Here is an example of something that happened to me recently. I was having a pendant made at the local jewelery store in town. they said they would call when they needed me to bring in the diamond I wanted put in the necklace. I hadn't heard from them for a couple of months. A couple of days ago I was getting ready to go into town and a thought popped into my head, "take the diamond into the jewelry store". Right away I discounted the suggestion with many excuses because they had said they would call. I was in town for about an hour and I received a call from the jewelry store they were ready for my diamond. Wow, my knowing was right, only I got in my own way and I choose not to listen to myself, my knowing.
What did I learn? I learnt to start listening to my inner self, it knows. I also learnt to recognize when this happens and really acknowledge it and celebrate it. It's all about awareness, awareness creates change. I am aware that I have the ability to know and the more I focus on that ability the stronger it will grow.
This is what the Age of Aquarius and the 5D energy is all about. Becoming aware of our ability to know that we know. For so long we have just taken the words or points of views of others as true. How many times have we gone along with what other people have told us is true even when we knew it wasn't right for us. We may have discounted our knowing by thinking they must know what they are talking about because they are a professional or whatever. In many cases it is really only their point of view or an educated guess or a judgment or something they were told was true and they believed it.
When we were growing up we were told many things and believed them to be true. We believed them to be true because it was coming from someone we trusted or loved or a person of authority. It couldn't be untrue because if it was, than that person would be a liar and I don't want to think of them as a liar because then I wouldn't be able to believe anything they say. So we accept it as true but was it?
In today's world we are bombarded with so many points of view. Or maybe that is what we mainly hear in our daily life, simply someone's point of view and we have been taking it as the real thing. It's time to listen to ourselves and not others, start asking questions to develop our own knowing. "Is this right for me?" Is a great question to start asking. Does this align with what is true for me? Does this even make sense? Truth is this true for me? Start small with little things and watch your knowing grow. What would it take to work with this Age of Aquarius energy that is now available and start shifting our way of being into the 5D?
